If you wish to have a barbecue, bouncy castle, fireworks, marquee or any other facility of this sort, please enquire and we can discuss this with you.
There will be an additional charge and you, as the Hirer, will be responsible for taking out adequate insurance for the risk.
If you wish to sell alcohol at your event you will need to indicate this when you book and seek permission
from us to apply to Bedford Borough Council for a Temporary Event Notification for your event.
You will be able to make this application once we have approved your hire. You should ensure that you
allow sufficient time (at least 2 weeks) to complete and submit your TEN application
to the local authority. You will be unable to sell alcohol unless you have been granted the TEN.
You require our permission to apply for a TEN because the
number of TENs that can be granted for our premises is subject to an annual limit.
There is a children's playground area with some fitness equipment adjacent to the hall.
